Description
This is a fuel pump for a Spitfire 1978 to 1980 and MG Midget 1978 to 1979 with a long arm. Also the pump comes with two gaskets to seal either side of spacer. ONLY use this pump if spacer between the block and pump is present. For ease of installation the pump has a adjustable inlet port that can be moved in any direction. NOTE at this time there is only one suppler of the long arm fuel pumps. We have found the pressure to be too high most of the time, we feel the better option is to use the earlier pump without the spacer to get the correct fuel pump. *** If you do not use a spacer with this pump it WILL break the arm off of the pump and put in the bottom of the pan where it is VERY hard to remove. *** Cross Reference 377-410
