This is the taper collar fits behind the large 1 5/16 nut used on 7.5 Disc Brake Cooper S and 8.4 Disc Brake Cars. This Tapered collar must be in good shape in place so correct torque can not be put on the center nut. Made in the UK from High Quality EN24 steel to ensure you have a reliable Torque number and since the collar is made from an improved material there is less flex in the front end during hard driving. . Improved design; the slit has been omitted, reducing the tendency to flex during hard cornering. Cross Reference FAM9270
