Description
This is a Push Rod for a Triumph Spitfire 1200 and 1300 to FH25000E (Spitfire Mk1, Mk2, Mk3). Eight of these push rods are needed per car and should be replaced in sets. The length of this push rod is 7.75 Inches not subtracting for the dip on the rocker arm end. With use the push rods upper cups can wear and will not have a good fit against the ball of the rocker arm. When this happens you get the chance of the push rod popping off of the rocker arm which causes damage to the engine and rocker arm. Every time you adjust your valve closely inspect the rocker arm and push rod, look for pitting in the cup or oval wear in the cup. Cross Reference CPR9
