This is a Lower Control Arm (A-Arm) Bushing Set (8) made in polyurethane for a Austin Healey Sprite and MG Midget. They are very easy to install, much easier than your stock bushings. The bushings also have graphite impregnated in them for long life so this will be the last set that you have to install. Polyurethane bushes are the best compromise between standard rubber bushes and nylatron for daily driven street cars. They give improved suspension feel with greater wear resistance compared to their rubber equivalents and without the transmission of road noise and vibration suffered when fitting Nylatron style bushings. Another plus of the polyurethane bushings is that they are naturally selflubricating.
