Description
When Replacing the Brake Servo (Booster) on your Austin Healey BN4 to Austin Healey BJ8 it helps to have the proper parts and mounting brackets. With the brake booster it is very critical to get the correct 35 to 45 degree angle to the nose of the booster and the correct angle for the reaction valve. If either of these angles are not correct the booster will not work correctly and can make the braking performance very poor. With this one kit you save money and insure the unit will work correctly. The brackets of these kits are bent perfect and are very strong unlike the universal brackets the servo comes with, plus the holes are already drilled in the bracket for mounting. On top of this, each bracket is powder coated black for long life and will not rot out like the stock bracket. Included in this kit is: 1 New Brake Servo Unit with 3 to 1 boost ratio, 1 New Hard Line to run between the brake servo and the brake master cylinder, 1 New Vacuum line to run from the engine vacuum port to the brake servo, 1 New Powered coated mounting bracket.
