If you've ever needed to add dashpot oil to your SU or Zenith Stromberg carb but wondered whether you were using something appropriate, stop guessing and get a bottle of the real thing! It's imperative that the dampener, which rides in a well of oil, operates correctly. Too little oil and the piston can't adjust to the fluctuations of airflow while idling. Too much and the piston can't rise as it should when opening the throttle. Genuine SU oil is the correct oil with the right viscosity for most applications. 125ml (4.2 oz.) bottle.
