This is a new Voltage Regulator (control box) with Screw-in Terminals for Austin Healey 100-4, Austin Healey 100-6, Austin Healey BN7, BT7, BJ7, MG TD 50 to 53 (must have a 5 terminal regulator, from chassis #8142), MGA 56 to 61, Triumph TR3, Triumph TR4. Modern batteries cannot take the voltage output of the generators and need to be reduced (Adjusted) to get the longest life out of your battery. You MUST refer to you service manual for cleaning and adjusting instructions before installation of major damage can occur to your electrical system.
