This is a driveshaft (propeller shaft) that has an working length of 32 inches. The drive shaft will fit many different years of cars so please double check the length of the driveshaft you are replacing before order. It has been our finding that the length of 32 is correct for the MGB 1965 to 1967 with 3-syncro overdrive transmission AND a TUBE Style Axle Assembly, MGB GT 1965 to 1967 with the 3-syncro Overdrive AND TUBE Axle Assembly. After many years of grabbing gears and letting off the gas and accelerating the splines in your driveshaft wear and will cause a cluck.
