This is a Fuel Tank Sending Unit for MGB 1962 to 1964 to Chassis number number 48766 (About September of 1964) and comes with the correct gasket. A way to double check to make sure this is the correct unit, in the Years of 1962 to 1964 the MGB used a Jaeger Fuel Gauges. This is an excellent reproduction of the original style Fuel Tank Sender which mirrors exactly the fit and function of the original unit but with modern internals. Todays ethanol fuels are harder on older sending units, this is made with modern ethanol resistant components.
