This is a High Quality Intake and Exhaust Manifold Gasket Originally developed for the MGB 1975 to 1980 that had needed a high heat gasket because of catalytic converters but can be used on all years of MGB. Made with a Metal sandwich style for extra strength and high heat resistance it provides extra strength for the high demands of your MGB. *Don’t forget the copper coat spray to use on all head gaskets (except our HD gaskets with silicone tracking). Copper coat should also be used on all exhaust manifold and head pipe gaskets.*
