Description
This polyurethane rear suspension bush set is for all MGB's including V8, and all MGC models and contains all of the bushes required to upgrade your rear suspension bushing with polyurethane. The standard suspension bushes used on the rear of the MGB and MGC are made from rubber, and their flexibility absorbs a good degree of vibration from the road, which is good. Unfortunately this flexibility also allows a lot of movement within the suspension geometry, resulting in poor handling which can be very disconcerning. Replacement of the stock bushings with polyurethane will help the handling while still maintaining the ride quality of a flexible bush. Another plus is the polyurethane bushing last considerably longer than the standard rubber bushing and are much easier to install. The kit includes: 2 Polyurethane Spring Eye Bushings, 4 Polyurethane Leaf Spring Pads, 8 Polyurethane Rear Shackle Bushings.
