Description

Overtime vibration and years of use can cause the oil pump pick up strainer to come apart and put wire mesh all through your engine. This is not a good thing, the strainer is suppose to keep things out of your engine. With every rebuild you must change this strainer for pieces of mind and a clean engine. MGA Owners. If you have an early MGA 1500, it was an old style pump with a vertical pickup, this style is NLA. When upgrading to the new style MGA pump you will need this strainer.
