This is a Black Tonneau Cover for a MGB 1968 (chassis number 138401) to 1970 (chassis number 219020) WITHOUT headrest pockets. Made by Robbins here in the States in a crushed grain black material. A Tonneau cover really makes for clean look for you MGB when the top is down. Cross Reference 241-443
