Description
This is a Heavy Duty Drive flange that is correct for cars with solid 8.4 Inch brakes. A few things can happed to damage this flange, the most common is wheel bearing failure. The flange is one side of the thrust surface of the wheel bearing, when the bearing wears out the mating surface and in extreme cases with will let the axle move enough for the CV axles to move and strip the splines. Keep and eye on this flange when changing wheel bearings. To help resist wear, this drive flange in make from EN24 steel which is much more wear resistant than the stand EN8 material. Cannot be used with 10 inch wheels and not for use with Vented Disc. Cross Reference 21A2695
