Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm PT.
Most orders received by 2:30pm are processed and shipped the same day with the exception of
high volume days and holidays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once shipped, a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the provided email. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
UPS - guarantees delivery times on Next Day and 2nd Day orders. A request for a refund can only be made after the delivery has been completed.
USPS - Priority packages must be overdue by 10 days before it is considered ‘lost.’ Ground advantage must be overdue by 30 days.
International Shipping Policy
UPS Expedited and Express services - brokerage is factored into the quoted cost and marked as ‘All Parts for Antique Auto 25 years or older’ for exemption from duties. UPS does collect taxes on international shipments. A link is provided on the webpage with tracking to allow payment of taxes online prior to delivery.

British Parts Northwest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damaged/Missing Products
Contact us immediately for any damaged products and we will file a claim with the carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
UPS - Expect around 8 days for resolution, may vary.
USPS - Expect around 10 days for resolution, may vary.
Contact us for any products missing from a package and we will investigate and file a claim, if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We attempt to validate the shipping address provided to ensure it is correct before shipping. If the address is invalid, we contact the customer to provide an updated address. Corrections after the package has been shipped is possible with UPS but not possible with USPS (Post).
Orders that are refused or returned for an incorrect address will be refunded as store credit, minus shipping costs, and the customer will be notified.
British Parts Northwest will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
