When having your crankshaft ground usually the grinder removes the woodruff keys and you don't get them back. Or upon removal the keys are damaged and fitting the crank gear is almost impossible. Two are needed per crank. Put a pair of new keys in your crankshaft and make your life easy, we all need more easy in our lives. Cross Reference 327-170
