This is a Manganese Silicon Bronze Valve guide for the Intake of Triumph TR3, TR4, TR4A, TR250, TR6, Spitfire 1962 to 1980, MG Midget 1500 1975 to 1979. It is also the exhaust guide for Triumph TR4A, Spitfire 1962 to 1980, MG Midget 1500 1975 to 1979.
