This is a new Voltage Regulator (control box) with Screw-in Terminals for Austin Healey 100-4, Austin Healey 100-6, Austin Healey BN7, BT7, BJ7, MG TD 50 to 53 (must be a 5 terminal regulator, from chassis #8142 ), MGA 56 to 61, Triumph TR3, Triumph TR4. Lucas regulator has been individually tested and correctly adjusted to match the charging system on your British car. Modern batteries cannot take the voltage output of the generators and need to be reduced to get the longest life out of your battery.
