Description
This is a Braided Stainless Steel hose that connects from the union in the block to the oil pressure gauge on the Triumph TR250 and TR6. Since this original hose is pushed together plastic, it will over time the heat of the oil and vibration of the car will weaken the connection and will split. Not something you want, keeping oil on the inside of the engine of your Triumph is very important. With this we feel very hose should be updated to a stainless steel version to protect your engine. Be mindful though that the Stainless hose will wear ANYTHING that it touches, so insure it is safely away from anything and take measure to protect the body with a zip tie, call for details. . Special Note when replacing the gauge the little leather washer (2K4936) is needed to complate the seal between the hose and the gauge. Cross Reference 376-191
