Description
This is a updated valve Lifter (Tappet) with an oil hole drilled in the side for improved oiling. No only does the lifter have and oil lubricating hole but it also have been manufactured to be 20% lighter than the standard tappet. Lighter valve train equals less mass crashing into the camshaft and easier higher Revs.
Every batch of tappets are tested when they arrive from the UK. Each tappet will have a minimum hardness of Rockwell 56. The industry standard is 50 for tappets. We have never had a bad batch of tappets like other companies and never will because of our dedication to dealing with only quality suppliers. Upgrade the tappets in your Austin Mini, Sprite, MG Midget with the 948, 1098 or 1275 engine, MGB 1972 to 1980.
